William Schoof
President
William Schoof is President and a founding member of MFC Benefits. With over 30 years of experience in the group benefit and financial fields, Bill can focus on what the true needs are of the client. One specialty is in custom designing benefit programs to satisfy every aspect of the client benefits’ needs. Bill has extensive knowledge of the Affordable Care Act with various other topics that make him an asset to all his individual and group clients. Creating long and trusting business relationships with care and understanding is one of the finest talents Bill has to offer to clients in Michigan and across the country.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing and finance from Oakland University. Bill is a member of the MDRT and has previously sat on the Agent Advisory Council for BCBSM. William is a licensed insurance agent in Michigan and multiple other states. William enjoys spending time outdoors fishing. His other hobbies include golf, travel, and family.

Jillian Williams
Group Accounts Manager
Jillian joined MFC Benefits
in 2008. She strives to build strong service relationships with our large group clients. She works directly with the insurance carriers and our clients HR administrators to manage membership, billing, audits, and claims issues. Jillian received her Bachelor of Arts in Business from Baker College, with a concentration in Management and Marketing. She is a licensed insurance agent in the state of Michigan. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and traveling.

Jilly Moore
Benefits Advisor and Group Account Manager
Jilly joined MFC Benefits
in 2013. She excels at building comfortable, confident relationships with her clients through her ability to patiently listen and comprehend each need. She works hard for each client, whether it is finding the right benefits program, helping with administrative support, or fixing a claims issue. Jilly's background includes 10 years of experience in the medical field as a Radiologic Technologist. She enjoys photography and golf, but her favorite love is spending time with her immediate and extended family. Jilly's motto is "Stay Happy!"

Phillip Schoof
Sales and Marketing Representative
Phillip currently serves as a Sales and Marketing Representative at MFC Benefits. He is a licensed life and health insurance agent who specializes in creating benefit packages that fit the needs of his clients. Phillip works with a wide range of clients across the state. Client compliance, communication, and human resource technology are large parts of his focus. Making the benefits process as easy for the client as possible is Phillip’s main priority. In his free time, Phillip enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Jamie Kozich
Client Service Representative & Medicare Specialist
Jamie joined the MFC Benefits
team in 2015. Offering excellent customer service and benefits processing with patience and persistence are key roles in her position. As the lead developer of our client enrollment tool, she exercises her problem-solving skills on the workings of carrier plans. Jamie has her bachelor’s degree in health care administration and her health and life insurance license. As of 2019 she became a Medicare specialist to nurture the caring for others by helping to navigate the world of Medicare for seniors. In her spare time, Jamie loves to read and spend time with her family. Her favorite hobby is photography.

Alina Schoof, SHRM-CP
Marketing and Client Services
Alina started with MFC Benefits
as an international intern in 2015. After completing her degree, she moved to the United States from Finland. She currently works closely with account managers assisting with renewals, enrollments, and managing groups throughout the benefit year. Alina’s main focus is making the group benefit process easy for the clients. Alina is a licensed insurance agent as of February 2018 and a SHRM certified professional in Human Resources as of July 2020. In her free time, she likes to exercise, travel, and cook with family and friends.

Paige Moore
Client Service Representative
Paige joined MFC Benefits
in 2018. She currently works closely with our Account Managers and assists with client’s needs. Paige is in the process of obtaining her Life and Health Insurance license. She contributes to our team with great customer service and benefit skills. Paige is a licensed insurance agent as of November 2019. In her free time Paige enjoys photography and videography. She also enjoys traveling and sailing in her spare time.

Cassidy Schoof
Client Service Representative
Cassidy joined MFC Benefits
in 2020. She works with Account Managers to help build and organize client friendly platforms, assists groups with enrollment, and helps with clients’ needs. Cassidy is a graduate of Slippery Rock University and is currently in the process of obtaining her Health and Life Insurance license. She spends her time outside the office with family, friends, camping, reading and crafting.

Tania Ziegler
Client Service Representative
Tania joined the MFC Benefits team in 2021. Benefit processing and customer service is just a few of her main specialties. With her organizational skills and attention to detail she helps to keep our team working as a well-oiled machine. Tania has worked within many aspects of the healthcare world including as a certified pharmacy technician. Tania has her associate’s degree in business management and currently pursuing her health and life insurance license. In her spare time, Tania enjoys being creative in the arts and spending time with family.
